Banh mi chay: The Lunch Room’s take on this classic Vietnamese baguette sandwich with marinated baked tofu, carrot-radish pickle, jalapeños, and fresh cilantro and mint with garlic mayo. Served on our housemade baguette  7

BBQ torta: Housemade pan telera bread piled high with barbecue soy curls (from whole bean non-GMO soy; a West Coast sensation!), pickled red onions, cabbage, and avocado spread  7

Tempeh reuben: marinated, baked tempeh and sauerkraut from The Brinery on housemade rye bread with our special tangy dressing 7

TLT Tempeh, lettuce & tomato. Served with The Brinery tempeh, tomato slice and herbed mayo on our housemade rye  7

Nachos: Tortilla chips topped with our special nacho cheese sauce, Cuban black beans and pico de gallo  9 (with side of avocado spread 10)

Mac & cheese: The ultimate comfort food, the “cheese” is rich with butternut squash & red peppers. Baked to perfection with a crunchy almasen (almonds, lemon zest and sesame seeds) topping  7

Pad Thai: broad bean thread noodles pan fried with slightly spicy coconut-milk peanut sauce and topped with fresh red pepper, cilantro, cucumber, crushed peanuts and a lime wedge  8

Lumberjack Salad: Romaine lettuce, carrot-radish pickle, marinated tofu, tomato wedge, kalamata olive, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion and toasted walnut with a creamy ginger-citrus vinaigrette on the side  9  (with avocado 10)

Southwestern salad: layered bowl of shredded cabbage, Cuban black beans, cumin-lime rice, corn, avocado and fresh pico de gallo salsa. Served with tortilla chips and chipotle ranch   9

Tuck & roll burrito: 12” whole wheat tortilla stuffed with cumin-lime rice, Cuban black beans, pico de gallo, cashew sour cream, lettuce and avocado. Served with a side of pico de gallo  8 (substitute kale for lettuce 9, nacho cheese requested inside in the burrito  9)
