What a time this has been for The Lunch Room! It has been great to see so many of you and to share our food with hundreds of people. Joel and Phillis are exhausted but happy.
Here are pics from our first two days of food cart operation.

A customer picks up his food.

May we help you?

The BBQ tofu sandwich with tangy slaw has been a big hit.

We couldn’t keep up with summer roll orders on Day 1.

We deconstructed them into a summer roll salad on Day 2.

Rachel Cloud was a lifesaver, taking orders during lunch and dinner rushes.

Joel, chillin’ with our peeps.

Phillis’ turn to chill.
We can’t wait to see you tomorrow, opening day, MONDAY. We are so ready to serve up delicious vegan food and to see all of our lovely peeps.
Here are some photos from the day before opening.

Sonya and Nicole came by to help us out in the kitchen.

Bill Cron dropped in from Washington DC. What a treat!

Joel orders up a tasty treat from Bill.

Phillis and Joel peek out from the service window.

Andy, Phillis, Joel, Ryan and Bill share good times on cart-opening eve.
